🔄 1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item received

🚫 3. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items showing signs of use (court marks, scratches, grip wear, etc.)
  • Products not in original packaging or missing components
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper handling

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos or videos 

Step 2:

Our team will provide:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions

Step 3:

Ship the item within 7 days after receiving RMA approval

👉 Please wait for RMA confirmation before returning your item to ensure smooth processing.

💰 5. Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Funds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchanges will be shipped after the returned item is received and approved
